Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and design of the company\'s logistics automation products (such as: warehouse, transmission line, AGV);
2. Responsible for the technical service and support during the trial production of product prototype;
3. Be responsible for technical assistance of product function and reliability test;
4. Responsible for technical training of products;
5. Responsible for product technology improvement and cost reduction;
6. Responsible for the customer interface, commissioned development and improvement of products;
7. Responsible for the implementation of the work assigned by the Department Manager.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in mechanical design automation or related major;
2. More than three years of non-standard design, logistics automation product development and design, familiar with mechanical principle, machining and production process;
3. Have the ability to analyze the structural strength, integrity, reliability, material specification, machinability and safety of products;
4. Proficient in the application of PROE, Solidworks, UG, AutoCAD and other related design software;
5. Have considerable experience in the design of light frame welding structure, be familiar with the design and calculation of shaft and transmission system, be familiar with or be familiar with the cold and hot processing technology of metal materials, have certain experience ability in the design and selection of standard purchased parts and components, and those with electrical control foundation or production workshop experience are preferred.
6. Serious working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination ability and good team spirit.
Responsibilities:
1. Electrical program development, electrical drawing;
2. Visual monitoring interface design;
3. Communication technology and protocol development;
4. Electrical equipment debugging, programming installation, debugging, operation manual.
Qualifications:
1. Familiar with Siemens, Beifu and other PLC and related visual configuration software;
2. Familiar with EPLAN, CAD and other tool software;
3. PROFIBUS, PROFINET or other mainstream field communication application experience;
4. Familiar with frequency conversion, servo and other drive control principles and debugging work;
Expertise:
1. Automation, electronic information engineering, Mechatronics
2. Computer national level II and above
Other requirements:
1. 2-3 years working experience; AVG logistics automation application experience is preferred
2. Logical, steady, able to work overtime and travel
Responsibilities:
1. According to the needs of the company\'s relevant products, combined with the existing resources, according to the customer requirements, launch the project plan, effectively monitor the project implementation, coordinate resources to ensure that the project objectives are achieved;
2、 Set up and manage the project team, actively encourage the members of the project team to complete the relevant work;
3. Assist in product strategy formulation in combination with project implementation;
4. Be responsible for the quality control of the project to ensure that the project is up to the standard;
5. Be responsible for the supervision and arrangement of the project progress to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical and Electrical Engineering (college or above for the outstanding);
2. More than 3 years of project management in the design industry of automated non-standard engineering or AGV intelligent logistics car;
3. Experience in field automation debugging and related electrical and mechanical debugging;
4. Familiar with CAD / MS office / project and other software;
5. Knowledge of mechanical or electrical related to industrial intelligent logistics system is preferred.
